My retreats are created for exactly that: to offer you a beautiful, intimate and well-held space where your nervous system can let go, your body can breathe, and your energy can reorganize—without rush.

I’m Lidia, a body therapist and facilitator of reconnection experiences. I work through conscious touch, deep rest, presence, and real care. Mine is not the kind of retreat that leaves you exhausted—it’s the kind of retreat where you go home feeling lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and calmer in your heart.

Who are these retreats for?

For you if…

  • you’ve been living in “survival mode,” with stress, fatigue or mental overload

  • you need true rest—not just “switching off for a while”

  • you’re going through change, grief, a decision, or a transition

  • you struggle to slow down, and you know your body is asking for it

THE PAUSE

A retreat for deep rest and nervous system regulation

THE PAUSE is an invitation to stop—without guilt.
A retreat designed so your body can lower its guard and your nervous system can feel safe again.

The goal here is not to “transform yourself” by pushing harder.
It’s to allow rest to bring back what is essential.

What you can expect:

  • real rest (the kind you feel from the inside)

  • therapeutic body sessions (massage, release, integration)

  • nourishing silence and a slow rhythm

  • reconnection with your body, breath and sensitivity

  • nature, calm, and an environment that supports you

  • care: small details that hold the whole experience

A couples retreat: finding each other again

Back to Us is an intimate retreat for couples who want to restore connection, desire, tenderness and truth.
A safe space where you can soften tension, improve communication, and feel close again—through both body and heart.

Sometimes love is there, but life has slowly pulled you apart: stress, routines, silence, emotional distance, lack of time, exhaustion.
This retreat is a return—to each other.

It can include (depending on the format):

  • guided communication and presence practices

  • eye-gazing, breathwork and attunement exercises

  • conscious touch and reconnection practices (with clear boundaries and care)

  • massage and/or bodywork sessions to release load and open sensitivity

  • integration, rest, and a discreet, beautiful setting

It’s not “hard therapy.” It’s not a course.
It’s an experience to feel each other again… and take real tools back into your daily intimacy.

Other retreats and experiences

A living format, growing with you

Alongside THE PAUSE and Back to Us, I will keep developing new retreat formats with different intentions and collaborations (yoga, pilates, conscious movement, nature, rituals, sensory experiences, etc.).

Some will be more focused on rest and regulation, others on emotional reconnection, vitality, or specific seasons and life moments (winter, transitions, celebrations, fresh starts).

What matters is that they all share the same heart:
presence, care, beauty, intimacy, and an experience you can truly feel.

La Fascia

Fascia is the fibrous semi-flexible membrane of connective tissue that unites the distinct components of the human body. Within the fascia, small bags are formed that contain the organs of the human body. Mio means muscle. The Miofascia covers, serves as a support, and separates the muscles of the body. Each muscle fibre is wrapped within Mio-fascia, and furthermore, each muscle is also wrapped in Miofascia. The Miofascial tissue has a dynamic behaviour: under tension it augments its density and relative rigidity, giving the muscle greater structural support. As a result of the augmentation of the density generated by the increase of tension, the body becomes more rigid and less flexible, which in turn produces restriction of movement. Generally, these are the result of misalignments and mechanical-postural or functional imbalances, many of which have emotional roots. Deep Miofascial massage addresses the treatment of chronic pain, and also the treatment of lesser pain caused by this lack of flexibility and movement.

La Fascia

La fascia es la membrana fibrosa semiflexible de tejido conectivo que une las distintas componentes del cuerpo humano. Dentro de la fascia se forman bolsillos que contienen los órganos del cuerpo. Mio significa músculo. La miofascia cubre, sirve de soporte y separa los músculos del cuerpo. Cada fibra muscular está envuelta en miofascia y a su vez cada músculo también está envuelto en miofascia.

El tejido miofascial tiene un comportamiento dinámico: bajo tensión aumenta su densidad y rigidez relativa, dándole al músculo un mayor soporte estructural. Como resultado de este aumento de densidad que se genera al incrementar la tensión bajo la que se encuentra una estructura corporal se puede generar rigidez y falta de flexibilidad que a su vez producen incapacidad de movimiento. Generalmente estas son el resultado de desalineaciones o desequilibrios mecánico-posturales y funcionales, muchas de ellas con raíces emocionales. El Masaje del Tejido Profundo tiene como foco principal el tratamiento tanto del dolor crónico como el agudo causado por esta falta de flexibilidad e incapacidad de movimiento.
